I’m Sascha Landskron, a Specialist Dietitian registered with the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

I have over ​​20 years of clinical experience, and I’ve worked with over 20,000 patients of all ages.

As a dietitian, I believe that cutting-edge nutritional science should be accessible to all. Much of the standard nutrition advice in the public sphere is outdated, however it takes time for new science to be adopted by established health care.

I hold an MSc in Advanced Dietetic Practice, from the University of Nottingham UK, a BSc in Nutrition and Food Sciences from the University of Alberta, Canada and completed a postgraduate clinical accreditation on nutrition and genetics (Food and our Genome) at Monash University, Australia. Most importantly though, I’ve been where you are.

When I started gaining weight in middle age, it became obvious that the standard weight loss advice: eating low fat foods and calorie counting just didn’t work for me any more.

It was awful to feel heavy and exhausted and have brain fog. I had to go back to the science, not the science that I learned years before in university, but the new science on how to manage my carbohydrate, protein and fat intake, and why calories don’t count. I re-learned what to count, how to measure health (it’s not the scale!) and how to re-think meals and shopping. It took a while to find the right tools and resources to help myself.

Now that I’m well again, I want to help others feel healthy too, with loads of energy and not hungry all the time. You can be here too.

That’s why I created the Keto-Culture Programme - because I’ve seen how nutritional ketosis can reshape wellbeing, giving people more energy, and weight loss (which is cosmetic) but what is actually happening is improved metabolic functioning.
